This policy explains what personal data Liorènne House collects through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have.

Who we are

Liorènne House is the household and estate management business of Cassio Thiengo and Jessika Costa, based in Lombardy, Italy. The data controller is Cassio Thiengo. You can reach us at info@liorennehouse.com.

What we collect

Private enquiries: your name, e-mail, telephone if you give it, country, details about your residences and your message.
Applications to the Liorènne Register: your name, contact details, role, country, languages, experience, availability, a link to your CV if you give one, and your message.
The Liorènne Letter: your e-mail address.
Academy purchases: payments are handled by our payment provider, which sends us your name, e-mail and the product bought. We never see your card details.
Statistics: only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how pages are visited, with shortened IP addresses.

Why we use it, and on what basis

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal, at your request, before any contract.
To consider your application and contact you about positions, with your consent.
To send the letter, with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To deliver what you buy and keep accounting records, to perform the contract and meet legal obligations.
To understand how the site is used, with your consent.

Who sees it

Only the two of us. A small number of providers help us run the site and our e-mail: Hostinger for hosting, our payment provider for the Academy, and Google for statistics if you accept them. Each acts on our instructions. Where a provider is outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We never sell your data or share it for marketing, and we never pass a candidate's details to a family without the candidate's agreement.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless we start working together.
Register applications: up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them.
Letter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
Purchase records: 10 years, as Italian tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to info@liorennehouse.com and we will answer within one month.

You may also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or to the authority where you live.

Security

The site uses an encrypted connection. Form submissions are kept in a protected area of the site that only we can open.
