These terms apply to the use of this website and to purchases from Liorènne Academy.

Who sells

Academy products are sold by Liorènne House (Cassio Thiengo, Italy, info@liorennehouse.com). Payments are processed by our payment provider.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros. The final price, including VAT where it applies, is shown before you pay.

Delivery

Kits and guides are delivered by download link straight after payment and by e-mail. Access to courses starts straight away.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase made at a distance. For digital content supplied immediately, you agree at checkout that delivery starts at once, and you therefore lose this right once the download or access begins. If a file is faulty or does not match its description, write to us and we will replace it or refund you.

Licence

Kits and guides are licensed to you for use in your own work or household, including with your own team. You may not resell, publish or share them beyond that.

Services for families

Household management, consulting and seasonal services are provided under a separate written agreement, signed before work begins. Staff search is carried out through licensed partner agencies wherever the law requires it.

Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate, but guides and articles are general information. They do not replace legal, tax or employment advice for your situation.

Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
