Liorènne House is the two of us, and we've kept it that way on purpose. We've looked after private houses for years, and we still do the work ourselves.

We learned this job in other people's houses. Since 2020 we have kept private residences in different countries, for international families: Cassio as estate manager, Jessika in charge of the house. We don't name any of them, here or anywhere else, and we won't start now.
Those years taught us one thing above all. A well-run house isn't the one with the most people rushing about. It's the one where the guest room is ready before anyone thinks to ask, the car is at the door when they actually leave rather than when they said they would, and nobody ever has to ask for something twice.
Liorènne House is how we offer that to more than one family, in Italy and Switzerland. We still do the work ourselves, and that isn't going to change.
Every engagement is led by one of us, in person. Cassio takes the whole property, Jessika the house itself and the way it's kept, and neither of us sends someone else in our place.
The estate
Cassio is the estate manager. In practice that means everything on the property, indoors and out. He picks the staff and tells them how the week will go, holds the budget, and he's the one on the phone to the builders when the boiler gives up in January. Security, the grounds and the plans for the years ahead sit with him as well, so if something goes wrong, you know exactly who to call.
He also runs our partnerships and the Liorènne Academy.
The house
Jessika is in charge of the house itself: the housekeeping, the laundry, the fine fabrics that should never go near a machine, the order of every room, and how a guest is greeted at the door.
A good part of the House Book began as her rules.
Here's an ordinary day in a house we keep, at five points between morning and midnight. Yours would run the same way.
We're up before the family. Windows open, flowers checked, and breakfast set out the way they actually like it.
Deliveries get checked against the House Book. The gardeners, the pool people and maintenance have their list before anyone needs to ask.
This is the work nobody sees, and it gets done every week, guests or no guests.
Place cards, wine, candles, then service. Dinner moves at the family's speed, and the kitchen waits for them.
Somebody's still out, so a lamp stays on. Doors locked, the day written up, and tomorrow already sorted.
We never name the families we work for.
We deal with things before anyone has to notice them.
